Vans Warped Tour takes place at Parc Jean-Drapeau, located on Saint Helen's Island, close to downtown Montreal. The yellow line of the STM's metro system, that you can take from the Berri-UQAM station, will lead you to the Jean-Drapeau station, right next to the site of the festival.
You can get to Parc Jean-Drapeau by car, bike, ferry, bus, metro or on foot. We recommend taking the yellow line of the STM's metro system from the Berri-UQAM station to the Jean-Drapeau station, which is right next to the festival site.
We recommend taking the metro, but you can also carpool. Paid parking spaces are available on Saint Helen's Island.
Yes! The river shuttle departs from the Jacques Cartier Pier in Old Montreal to Saint Helen’s Island and back. Check the crossing schedule in advance.

You must present identification to enter the festival and/or buy alcohol. See the complete list of acceptable and unacceptable forms of ID.
Security will accept expired ID cards ONLY if accompanied by DMV renewal documentation. If your ID was lost or stolen, you must bring a government-issued interim license or passport.
Consular IDs are not considered acceptable identification. Foreign government-issued driver’s licenses are acceptable with a photocopy of a passport. A foreign government-issued passport will work on its own.

Hate waiting? Bring canned food per day to receive a skip-the-line wristband. All canned food will be donated to Feed Our Children.
No. Different bands play each day.
Some bands are playing all 3 cities, some are playing 2 and some can only make 1. We put together the best possible lineups in each market to deliver a great experience!
Yes. We will have professional and amateur athletes on the Vans Vert Ramp.
Yes. We will have a whole section of the festival dedicated to non-profit organizations and charities that give back and support your local communities.
Yes. Artist Alley is where bands will set up their tents and sell their own merch. Some may do Meet & Greets at their tents too!
Yes. The event is an All Ages event However, we recommend all minors attend with an adult chaperone.
Children under 7 are admitted free with a parent that has a pass.
Main Medical will have an allocated area for new moms to breastfeed and/or pump.

No se puede colgar pósteres o repartir volantes dentro del festival o en el área que rodea al festival. Cualquier persona que sea sorprendida violando esta política tendrá prohibido el acceso a nuestros eventos.
Perdón, pero dormir en los coches durante el festival no está permitido para nadie. NO dejes tu coche en el estacionamiento del festival fuera de horarios del mismo, de lo contrario será llevado por una grúa bajo tu responsabilidad.
Fotógrafos profesionales deberán obtener un pase con fotografía usando nuestro Formato de Prensa. No envíes tu solicitud por email. Pases de Fotógrafos no son requeridos para las cámaras estándar con lentes menores de 15 cm de largo o equipos de video de menos de 6″. Cámaras de video profesional no son permitidas ni con pase de prensa.

Existe la posibilidad de que se agoten los boletos. En ese caso no se sacarán más boletos a la venta. Te recomendamos comprar tus boletos lo antes posible para que no te quedes sin vivir la experiencia del Warped Tour.
El máximo por persona es de 8 boletos.
Si todavía hay disponibilidad en boletos VIP podrás cambiar tu boleto General por uno VIP pagando la diferencia en la taquilla del festival.
Debes recibir un correo de confirmación momentos después de tu compra. Si no lo has recibido (asegúrate de revisar tu carpeta de spam), por favor contacta a Ticketmaster.
A más tardar deberá aparecer el cargo a tu tarjeta en el lapso de dos días hábiles. Si no aparece el cargo, por favor contacta a Ticketmaster.
Todas las órdenes internacionales se entregarán en Will Call, ubicada en la Explanada OCESA en puerta 6 dentro del Autódromo Hermanos Rodríguez, cerca de Metro Ciudad Deportiva.
La forma más efectiva de evitar un fraude es comprando directamente en Ticketmaster. Si vas a comprarle un boleto a alguien, te recomendamos que sean familiares o amigos. No confíes en los revendedores, podrían ser estafadores y correrías el riesgo de que tu boleto sea falso. Si ese fuera el caso, no se te permitirá la entrada ya que no nos haremos responsables por boletos falsos o falsificados y desafortunadamente habrás perdido tu dinero.
